(SCTC). Privacy policy, as described in this policy statement, applies to information that SCTC
may collect through this Site. While this policy should be read in conjunction with SCTC’s other
Internet-related service agreements, this policy is intended to apply to SCTC’s privacy policy as
it is practiced on this Site. You may have other privacy rights not discussed in this policy
statements related to your rights as a subscriber of cable services, such as those rights under
the Cable Communications Policy Act, 47 U.S.C. §551.

Information Collection and Use
A special note about children: SCTC does not knowingly collect identifiable information from
children under the age of thirteen and does not wish to collect any such information. It is
SCTC’s view that children should always get permission from their parents before sending any
information about themselves (such as their names, e-mail address, and zip code, information
regarding your product selections, and information on your personal interests as they relate to
SCTC’s service offerings, (such as your preferences for television viewing, sports, personal
finance and performing arts). In some instances, the information you provide may be necessary
for us to provide you with service or product requests you have made or to provide you with
service and product information that you may have requested. We may also use information
you provide to offer you a more personalized web site visit, to tailor this Site to your interests,
to make our products and services more useful to you, and to contact you regarding products
and services that we think you might find of interest. In the event you agree to submit any
personally identifying information over this site, SCTC (i) will use the information for the
purposes described at the time you submit it (for example, your name, address, telephone
number, and e-mail address provided while ordering one of our products or services will be
used in connection with processing and fulfillment of your order) and (ii) may use the

SCTC may use tools such as “cookies” that remember certain information in order to enhance

All information gathered on this Site is stored by SCTC and its internet service provider. SCTC

How SCTC Collects Your Information
SCTC collects and processes information provided directly by you when you install the App and
register for an account to use the App. Specifically, this information includes:
- You name, email address, location, user’s phone or contact book data, user’s inventory of installed apps, and user’s screen recording;
- Browser information and session cookies related to your access and use of the App;
- Data insights SCTC attains based on correlation and analytics of your information collected in providing the App, which may be used in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats or to obtain trend analytics, to provide the App; and
- Use of the above-described collected information in aggregated and dis-aggregated formats to enhance our current App or to provide App features.
How SCTC Uses the Information
SCTC uses the information collected as described in this Privacy Policy, including personal
information, to:
- Provide you with the App as described in the Agreement;
- Implement, improve and/or enhance the App, including to make future releases available to you;
- Carry out SCTC obligations as described or authorized in the Agreement and this Privacy Policy;
- Enforce SCTC rights arising from the Agreement between you and SCTC; and
- Fulfill any other purpose authorized by you and reasonably required for the App.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
SCTC may change its privacy policy from time to time and at its discretion. All changes will be
posted on this Site. By continuing to use this Site after changes are posted, you accept and
agree to SCTC privacy policy, as modified. You understand that changes posted to this Site may
affect SCTC’s privacy policy at any time and without notice to you, and you further agree to
keep yourself appraised of any such changes.
