Q: What’s your favorite thing about working at SCTC?

A: The people I work with and the relationships that come with them. After working somewhere for so long, you really start to bond with people. It makes us an even stronger team and helps us work together to provide the best service for our customers.

Q: What does a normal workday look like for you?

A: It depends on the day, my job has a lot of variety. You might find me going to visit business services customer sites and providing support, working remotely on customer requests, and helping support our internal operations. I also like to take time to learn new skills and help out in our central office when needed.

Q: What do you think the internet will look like in 20 years?

A: It will change a lot to involve much more artificial intelligence (AI). The internet will also become even more intergrated into the household items we use every day.

Q: If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?

A: To save all the abandoned and stray animals that need care and find them homes. Because they didn’t ask to be put in their situation, and they deserve to have a happy life and be loved. It would be really powerful to make that positive change in the world.

Q: What’s one thing about you no one would know or one thing you think people should know?

A: I struggle to ask for help. I love trying to solve problems and overcome challenges myself, so it can sometimes be difficult to ask for a helping hand. Luckily, my supportive team at SCTC is quick to offer assistance when I need it.
